AAC-1.1 — Attractor-Entity Registration & Field Governance

AAC-1.1 defines how commercial Attractor-Entities enter the Ambient OS.
It enforces FCV-6 validity, correct residency mapping, fade-only transitions,
and the IA → IA-X reversible loop (zero residue).

Important:
Yellow is not an Attractor Field.
It is a navigation and action state and is excluded from FCV.

Only the six attractor fields participate in FCV.
Yellow never appears in FCV registration.
